You must be at least 13 years old to use Chosen Daily. By using the app you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you'll keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for the activity on your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You can delete your account at any time from your account page; deletion removes your profile, streak history, saved favorites, notification settings, and push subscriptions.

Chosen Daily delivers scripture-based affirmations and related content (the "Content"). The Content is provided for personal, non-commercial spiritual encouragement. You may share individual affirmations with friends, but you may not republish, resell, or redistribute the Content in bulk.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, harm, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use automated means to scrape or harvest Content.
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law.

If you opt in to reminders, we'll send push notifications based on the schedule you choose. You can change the reminder time, snooze, or turn notifications off at any time from your account.

Chosen Daily is offered for encouragement and is not a substitute for professional pastoral, medical, mental health, or legal advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chosen Daily and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, give you additional notice in the app.
